Do I need a gym membership ?

No, I have my own gym with my own equipment for a personal experience.

 

Is anyone else using the gym while I'm using it ?

No, it will be yourself and the personal trainer only.

 

Do you play music while I work out ?

Yes, but this is a personal prefers so you can use your own playlist if you prefer

 

Do you have a hand Sanitiser ?

Yes, you are asked you use before entering the Gym 

 

Is the equipment cleaned ?

Yes, they are cleaned after every use.

 

Do I need to wear a face mask?

This is your personal preference and I am happy to wear one, and if you forget we do have disposable one too.

 

How do I pay for workout sessions ?

You can pay for your workouts in person.

 

Can I change or cancel my booked session?

Yes, upto 48 hours before the session you can move or cancel your session online. If it is less than this, please get in contact with us to see what we can do.

 

What equipment do you have ?

Do you take Debt/Credit card payment?

Yes, we take Apple pay, google pay, Paypal, visa and mastercard.

 

Do you accept cash ?

Yes, but prefer card payments

 

Can I bring someone with me ?

Yes, you are welcome to bring someone with you to either train or chaperone. But if they want to train there are additional charges, please see our couple and friends rates. 

 

Do I need to bring anything with me ?

I recommend wearing training clothes and trainers. Also bring water and a towel

Are you insured?

Yes I am fully insured

Are you qualified personal Trainer ?

Yes, Level 3 Diploma In Fitness Instructing and Personal Training
